Getting the run around is pissing me off

Back in Jan 2015 I had purchased from stacksocial a cloudapp pro lifetime service. Now I am having to fight 2 companies cause my purchase apparently never registered. Even tho it told me successfully applied the credits.

Stacksocial is canning me the redemption process over and over. cloudapp support is telling me its not their code to contact stacksocial. Why does this matter when I have already said I applied it the same day i purchased it. Cloudapp charging me has caused me to overdraft, there fore this year its also cost me black friday and cyber monday. It seems like both supports are not even reading my emails. I have all the proof showing that I have applied it and now I am getting the run around.
